feat(config): generate branded desktop and mobile identity

• consume the immutable brand identity artifact produced by the pinned config publisher
• generate Electron and Expo identity, assets, storage namespaces, endpoints, channel, and bootstrap inputs from one source
• keep Acme/stable and Zenith/canary outputs isolated and fail closed on partial, stale, cross-brand, or package-time drift
• render the mobile startup mark from the generated brand asset
