SQLite event recorder (persist, then publish), sandboxed file and test tools, a scripted adapter that performs real tool calls, a Hono HTTP API with resumable SSE, and serve/demo CLI commands. The example repo's planted bug makes 2 of 12 tests fail for real before the fix. Next.js static-export Studio: runs sidebar, timeline/logs/state/metadata tabs, agent details with artifact viewer, replay bar with a time-based scrubber and live/replay modes, and keyboard controls. Live data comes over resumable SSE through the sequence buffer and the replay index. The React Three Fiber scene is data-driven from the world definition: a dark diorama board with cutaway rooms, glowing paths with message packets, stations with screens and incident beacons, and chibi robots whose position comes only from the world engine and whose eyes and badges show their real state. A Claude Code plugin whose hooks forward session, prompt, tool, permission and subagent events to the local runtime, which records them as a traced run and shows the session (subagents included) live in Studio. Covers the hook-to-event mapping, schema and runtime changes, privacy, testing, milestones and open questions. Integration: studio, runtime and engine wired together and verified with a live Playwright run (live view, failure, replay, restart persistence). Review fixes (18 of 19 findings; 235 tests): - Characters of stopped or interrupted runs no longer stay 'Working'. - Route starts use fractional event ticks, so walkers never jump. - 'Succeeded' only on the completing event; blocked tasks show blocked. - Invalid envelopes become anomalies instead of stalling the stream. - Boot recovery stamps events at the run's last activity. - Artifact reads verify sha256; tests are documented as unisolated. - Graceful shutdown delivers the final events to SSE clients. - Non-loopback clients and hosts are refused. - Scrubber reaches the last event; timeline follows seeks; effects do not pile up in background tabs; fewer per-frame re-renders.
