This PR adds Australian address parsing under country="AU", following the same per-country regex module pattern as US, CA, and GB. The new pyap/source_AU/data.py module is built from Geoscape G-NAF street-type vocabulary and covers common AU formats: unit slash notation (2/45), units and levels, PO/GPO box and locked bag lines, optional four-digit postcodes, and a required state or territory (abbreviations and full names, with title case only where it is safe). Shared helpers str_list_to_upper_lower_regex and street_type_list_to_regex were moved into pyap/utils.py and reused from the US module without changing US behavior. Wiring updates include API/parser literals, tox, README, and tests/test_parser_au.py with component, full-address, negative, and parts coverage informed by G-NAF and ACNC-style examples, plus a small integration test in test_parser.py.
