What changed

• Add a visible, compiler-driven illustration of the same declared element in ALLOW and SUPPRESS states. The suppressed panel is labeled as an explanation outside the governed UI.
• Keep the decision and visual outcome together above the code and JSON evidence.
• Preserve spaces while editing the declared purpose; normalize it for the compiled source and share URL on blur.
• Use the intended numeric defaults when optional URL parameters are absent or empty.
• Keep the new preview labels and limits readable across the page's existing language choices.

Verification

• Parsed the HTML and checked the inline module syntax locally.
• The original live URL loaded and the two presets worked in this browser; the repairs address a missing visual element and a reproducible text-entry bug. I will verify the deployed state after CI and merge.
