Adds a compact developer challenge section below the homepage starting paths. It links straight to the one-case implementer loop and the seeded counterexample, and compares the executed project examples (canned answers 13/19; reference 19/19) with an explicit scope caveat. Responsive CSS keeps the entry point readable on phones. Root and Pages HTML remain mirrored.
