Fixes two systematic biases in the parallax cloud-height retrieval, and adds the config to control them.
Both now default to the corrected behaviour; the old values remain for reproducing existing products.
Also adds
quality_bandsoutput,min_heightfor two-sided search, honours thebandslist inColumnExtractor, and bounds the consume loop so a lost worker can't hang a scene.
