Summary

• Add mitra-v2-classifier (autogluon/mitra-classifier-2) to the tabular foundation models. Uses the stock AutoGluon MITRA model via hf_cls_model (drop-in weights for Mitra-v1). Regression (mitra-regressor-2) is not added yet: its 1,000-bin head isn't supported by stock AutoGluon.
• Add min_framework_version to FoundationModelConfig (default 1.5; 1.6 for Toto-2.0, TabICLv2, TabDPT-Turbo, Nori, Mitra-v2 — the AG release that introduced them).
• deploy() / predict() / predict_proba() raise a ValueError before launching any SageMaker job if framework_version is older than the model's minimum. Compared on major.minor; "latest" always passes. Skipped when custom_image_uri is set.

Testing

• Unit tests for the Mitra-v2 hyperparameters and the version check (reject / accept / custom image skip).
