Why
Room cleanup must preserve accepted work actively waiting for the operation that requested cleanup. Task creation ancestry cannot represent shared initializers or successor callers.
What
Add completion-only
RetainedRoom.wait_owned: track active dependencies without propagating cancellation or consuming target outcomes. Snapshot transitive dependents when cleanup is requested and preserve their exemption until each accepted operation finishes.Scope
Shared Python retention and focused lifecycle/model regressions. Prerequisite for the ACP adaptation in #896; no Rust Core, TypeScript, dependency, or idle-retention changes. Tracks INT-1905.
