fix(gs): install engram v3 in consumer sync mode - #67

engram go.mod now declares module github.com/Gentleman-Programming/engram/v3; consumer-mode go install of the v2 path failed with 'missing go.mod at revision'. Workshop clones were unaffected (built from checkout).

gs syncin consumer mode fails on the engram step:Cause
engram's
go.modnow declares modulegithub.com/Gentleman-Programming/engram/v3. The consumer branch ofcmd_syncstill installs thev2module path, which no longer exists upstream.Workshop clones were unaffected (they build from the local checkout with
