What and why

The site still linked to two retired hosts. ave.bawbel.io is retired: the AVE standard lives at aveproject.org. api.piranha.bawbel.io no longer resolves. Applied the ecosystem classifier (ECOSYSTEM-RUNBOOK STEP 3, D3 approved). Docs and links only.

Decisions

• ave.bawbel.io becomes aveproject.org in 4 places: the README link, the docs page "AVE registry" link, the homepage "View framework crosswalks" button (to /crosswalks.html), and the "Explore the AVE registry" button
• docs/index.html:791 also moves to aveproject.org/registry.html, and takes the same wording as fix: stat block from the claims register, SCAN-3 comparison table #23 ("Full registry of published records"), so the two pull requests make an identical edit to that line and merge in either order
• api.piranha.bawbel.io links are removed, not redirected: the host does not resolve. Removed the PiranhaDB entries from the nav, mobile nav, and footer, and the "Explore the API" button. The README lists "PiranhaDB (offline)" as plain text. The PiranhaDB section gets a notice that it is offline and that AVE records are published at aveproject.org
• The PiranhaDB ecosystem card is changed by fix: stat block from the claims register, SCAN-3 comparison table #23 (OFFLINE), so it is not repeated here
• No api.aveproject.org link added: it returns 500 at the root and 503 on /records (2026-10-20), so it would fail the 200 rule
