Closes #56

What and why

README.md and vscode/README.md linked to two retired GitHub repository names. Applied the ecosystem classifier (ECOSYSTEM-RUNBOOK STEP 3). Docs and links only.

• github.com/bawbel/bawbel-ave becomes github.com/aveproject/ave in 7 places (README.md lines 4, 9, 458 and vscode/README.md lines 3, 8, 143, 156). The list entry for the standard is labelled "AVE" instead of the old repository name
• github.com/bawbel/bawbel-scanner becomes github.com/bawbel/scanner in 2 places (README.md line 457, vscode/README.md line 155)
• The four touched lines that carried an em dash now use a hyphen or a colon

Left alone on purpose:

• pip install "bawbel-scanner..." in action.yml, examples/, and .pre-commit-hooks.yaml: that is the PyPI package name, not a URL
• vscode/CHANGELOG.md:11, which says the old PiranhaDB host was offline. A changelog records what was true
• The hand-typed "40 records" in both badges and in README.md:458. That is a count, not a host. The claims register already lists these READMEs as surfaces of the record count (C-01, expected 87), so the follow-up is to derive them, not to retype them

Trial merge (git merge, no conflicts) with #55 (feat/54-ave-api-url-setting). After both, the same grep still returns 0.

Found, not changed: 8 lines still use github.com/bawbel/bawbel-integrations (.pre-commit-hooks.yaml:7, README.md:127, :137, :147, bawbel_hooks/README.md:14, vscode/README.md:154, vscode/package.json:11 and :15). That name is not on the classifier. It redirects to github.com/bawbel/integrations (200), so nothing is broken today, but the snippets people copy into .pre-commit-config.yaml use it. A candidate for the next link pass.

• Docs and examples/ use bawbel/integrations@v1 (untouched)
• No em dashes
