Route eagle-admin-direct on eagle-admin-6cdc9e-prod.apps.silver.devops.gov.bc.ca, same as test. Lets Front Door reach eagle-admin without rproxy. Different name and host from the rproxy-owned Routes, so no Helm ownership or cert clash.

Adds Route eagle-admin-direct on host eagle-admin-6cdc9e-prod.apps.silver.devops.gov.bc.ca pointing at eagle-admin:8080, matching dev and test. Needed so Front Door can talk to eagle-admin directly before rproxy is retired. route.enabled stays false. Deploys with the next prod tag.
