docs: add SEO meta, canonical URLs, robots.txt and llms.txt

The docs site at https://httpmock.beyondthecloud.dev had no sitemap, no robots.txt, no canonical URLs, no Open Graph tags and no structured data. It also had no llms.txt for AI crawlers.

Changes:

• Add vitepress-plugin-llms, which generates llms.txt and llms-full.txt at build time
• Enable VitePress sitemap generation (sitemap.xml)
• Add website/public/robots.txt pointing to the sitemap
• Add per-page canonical link, og:url, og:title and og:description via transformPageData (clean URLs, no .html, matching cleanUrls: true in config and vercel.json)
• Add og:type, og:site_name, og:image, twitter:card, author meta and JSON-LD SoftwareApplication in head
• Extend the site description (MIT, part of Apex Fluently by Beyond The Cloud)

Verified with npm run docs:build: dist contains llms.txt, llms-full.txt, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and pages include canonical and og tags.
