Remove tinycolor.js and dist/tinycolor-min.js once we confirm they aren't used

This is the second half of #253 - planning to just add the new npm/ files first and then remove the old ones once I'm sure they aren't used

With 1.5.2 I've added https://github.com/bgrins/TinyColor/blob/master/npm/dist/tinycolor-min.js and https://github.com/bgrins/TinyColor/blob/master/npm/dist/tinycolor-min.js into the npm directory. Double checking https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/tinycolor2/ and https://cdnjs.com/libraries/tinycolor:

• jsdelivr.net seems to be working https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/tinycolor2@1.5.2/tinycolor.js & https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/tinycolor2@1.5.2/dist/tinycolor-min.js
• cdnjs hasn't detected the new version yet although the 1.6.0-beta.8 does seem to be working https://cdnjs.com/libraries/tinycolor/1.6.0-beta.8
