Fixes #240.
Save Transcript discarded text before each CRLF because the formatter treated CR as a standalone line overwrite. Classify adjacent CRLF in the raw output before removing ANSI sequences, so an ANSI cursor or erase operation between CR and LF does not become an apparent line ending. A lone CR still overwrites progress lines.
Regression tests cover CRLF split across SSH output chunks, ANSI-colored output, a lone CR, and an ANSI erase between CR and LF. Validation on the branch updated with main: 671 JavaScript tests, JavaScript lint, and vendored asset check.
