The prepared release-history mapping now has native GitHub milestones: ten historical releases are closed and the proposed v2.5.0 remains open with release-readiness issue #248.
Record the verified backfill date, all eleven milestone numbers/URLs, and 185 assignments (160 PRs, 24 implementation-linked issues, and one release gate). PR #98 returned HTTP 404 through both GitHub APIs and the signed-in browser; retain the original reconstruction and record this exception rather than silently dropping it. Update the roadmap and planning workflow to match the applied state.
Validation: all 185 accessible planned assignments re-read through the GitHub API; all ten closed/one open milestone states verified; repository hygiene, JSON counts, preserved original PR membership, and whitespace checks passed. No application code, release publication, due dates, or Project organization changes.
