The new command to initialize a new environment from workflow folders:
bonsai --init .\workflows\ --no-editor
is really useful for people working on documentation or sharing examples. The PR for this feature is at bonsai-rx/bonsai#2316 (but does not specify explicitly that you can point it to a workflow folder and have it resolve all the workflow dependences). We should document it in the Environments or in the CLI article.
