Lionel Train Controller — ESP32

Custom ESP32-based controller for Lionel model trains, built by reverse engineering the proprietary SPI/RF protocol used between the original remote and train.

Setup

1. Install PlatformIO in VS Code
2. Open this project folder
3. Build with the ✓ button or Ctrl+Alt+B in the bottom left
4. Flash to ESP32 with the → button next to the checkmark
