Closing as superseded. Current main at a386bc2 already resolves fast-uri 3.1.7 in infra/message-box-server/package-lock.json. The infrastructure audit-lock refresh and subsequent release synchronization incorporate this update (or a newer version); this PR has no remaining upgrade to apply. No dependency downgrade or branch rebase is needed.
