Releases mix 2.3.0. This bumps packages/mix/pubspec.yaml and moves the CHANGELOG's Unreleased section under ## 2.3.0.

• fix(mix): report FlutterErrorDetails in debug mode when Prop value conversion fails #1096 (Prop conversion error reporting): it also changes release-mode Prop resolution and has no CHANGELOG entry, so it goes in a later release.

Why 2.3.0

This release adds public API: BoxStyler.pressable, plus FocusVisibility and FocusVisibilityScope. It also changes when onFocusVisible shows focus rings.

Validation

• flutter pub publish --dry-run in packages/mix: 0 warnings.

After merge, push the mix-v2.3.0 tag to trigger the pub.dev publish workflow.
