Description

Releases remix 1.0.0-beta.13. The Prepare Version Bump workflow set the version and the registry floors (remix: ^1.0.0-beta.13 in both registry.yaml files). The follow-up commit:

• replaces the generated changelog block with curated notes;
• raises naked_ui to ^1.2.3, now on pub.dev, in packages/remix, the root melos shared dependencies, apps/naked_ui_example and the Fortal parity constraint;
• updates the docs, READMEs and workspace app pins that name the current version.

Included since 1.0.0-beta.12

• Breaking (refactor(remix)!: drop unused scripts and stale public docs #299): removes the unused createSpinnerWidget, SliderSpec.defaultTrackThickness and RemixDisclosureSpec.
• Fix (fix(remix): keep ancestor text wrapping when the content spec is unset #296): app bars, badges, data lists, data tables and links keep the text wrapping and overflow of an enclosing DefaultTextStyle.
• mix ^2.3.1 (chore(remix): require mix 2.3.1 #313): when a value can't be converted to a Mix, the latest source now wins.
• naked_ui ^1.2.3 (chore(release): naked_ui 1.2.3 #312): Home and End in right-to-left tab bars go to the first and last tab.
• Not in the package, but in this commit range: the demo, widgetbook, example and registry-source cleanup (chore: clean up demo, widgetbook, example, and registry source #311), docs corrections (docs: correct stale CI, registry, and tutorial claims #297), a remix_cli refactor (refactor(remix_cli): strip lib/ when building generation filters #300) and test cleanup (test(remix): drop tautological and duplicate tests #301).

After merge

1. Push v1.0.0-beta.13, which publishes remix.
2. Push remix-v1.0.0-beta.13, which melos reads.
3. Once pub.dev serves the release, confirm Promote registry passes, and re-run it if it doesn't.
