fix(ssh): keep SSH_ASKPASS script until process exit instead of deleting after 5s

The fixed 5s timer removed the temp askpass script before slow connections
(e.g. after idle/suspend) reached authentication, causing 'ssh_askpass: exec
... No such file or directory' and a spurious Permission denied.
