- Operation-wide planning is not universal: objects outside bulk prefetch can still be handled individually.
- Diagnostics are aggregated text errors rather than the structured error taxonomy illustrated in the issue.
- Service-info recommendations and broader bulk-planning semantics remain explicitly deferred.
