Adds the work selected from the QA report assessment, checked on 2026-09-24 against 7e47145: bound the canonical direct-input fridge (superseding the capacity investigation entry), validate batch-open and danger timing together, support HTTPS/WSS in the Rust SDK, separate the ingress and egress listeners, and fix the pinned testsi cycle target. The header now allows sections to carry their own verification stamps.
The QA preamble said its entries were proposed work, not current behavior, which misdescribed the batch-size SSZ discrepancy kept there as selected work. Each entry describes current behavior; only its direction and next steps are proposed. The listener follow-up now names every public route from the API contract, including GET /nonce and GET /domain, so a listener split cannot leave them on the internal side.
