VMware, custom checks/deps, CMA, and now email notifications were piling up as subsections inside the install walkthrough, making using-docker.md read more like a config reference than a 5-step install guide. Move them to a new docker-advanced-configuration page (EN+FR) and add the email notifications section (native SMTP + centreon-plugin-notification-email connector), covering MON-208827.
Docusaurus resolves markdown links by file path, not frontmatter id - using-docker-poller.md (the id) doesn't exist, the file is using-docker.md.
The connector takes its SMTP relay as plain command-line options, so it doesn't need SMTP_HOST/PORT/FROM/TLS or a .env.smtp file at all - only the native mailutils/msmtp path does.
Leading with hardcoded --smtp-address/--smtp-port/--from-address (matching what the connector actually needs, per the previous fix) instead of the macro-based example, which requires the env-var/resource.cfg wiring that's optional for this path. The macro reuse is now a secondary mention.
Missing options (host/service attempts+duration, full service-* set, centreon-url/user/token for clickable links and graphs, insecure) - based on a real command used in production. One command_line now covers both host and service notifications, since the connector already dispatches on whether --service-description is set.
Verified live on a real poller (poller-local): resource.cfg generated by Centreon has no $SMTPADDRESS$/etc. lines to begin with, and the merged 06-mail-config.sh only sed-replaces an existing line, never appends one - so the env vars never actually reach the connector as macros there, only the native command's msmtp config (which is a separate, unmanaged file). The only working way to avoid hardcoding the relay in the connector's command today is to define the macros as poller resource macros via Configuration > Pollers > Resources.
…servers Better fit for a page about post-install configuration (VMware, custom checks, CMA, email notifications) than the installation walkthrough section, and puts it next to the existing Broker advanced-configuration page. Fixed relative links for the new file location, updated the two references from using-docker.md, and moved the sidebar entry.

Superseded by #5464 (MON-201183-install-upgrade-26-10), which covers the container poller pages for 26.10. Follow-up for 26.10.1 changes tracked in MON-212462. |

Description
Adds a new documentation page describing how to deploy a Centreon poller using dedicated Docker containers (Centreon Engine, Gorgone, and optionally snmptrapd/centreontrapd for SNMP traps, centreon-vmware for VMware monitoring, and Centreon Monitoring Agent support).
The page documents the real, verified installation flow: generating the install command from the "Create new poller" UI (Docker Compose environment), running the
install-poller/install.shscript it produces, and the optional flags that add extra services.Related Jira ticket: MON-207529 (technical task under epic MON-192897 - Pollers in container).
Note: this PR contains 4
TODO screenshotplaceholders (marked as HTML comments in the page) for UI screens that don't have screenshots yet (the "Create new poller" button, the install command modal, the generated command, and the connected poller status). These should be filled in before merging or as a quick follow-up.Target version (i.e. version that this PR changes)
