Example values published in the documentation (API responses, public key thumbprints, placeholders) predate the secrets scan and fail any change that copies those pages, such as the rspress migration. Refs: MON-212387

Description
Fixes: MON-212387
Allowlist, in
.gitleaks.toml, 15 example values published in the documentation and the Centreon Cloud token placeholders, as exact values with a short comment each:XXXplaceholders)Why:
secrets-scanonly scans the commits of a pull request. These values predate the scan (added on 2026-01-23 in #4993), so they were never flagged, but any change that copies those pages fails it. The rspress migration (#5415) reports 169 findings for 15 unique values; every flagged line exists unchanged in thestagingsources.Validation (gitleaks 8.30.1, run locally):
staginghistory: 1179 → 284 findings. The remaining 284 findings are values that only exist in the git history. They are tracked in MON-212387 for review and are intentionally not allowlisted.
