Summary

Add a leader-bound keyboard shortcut (speakVisible, default S) that reads aloud the assistant messages currently visible in the session message scroll container, in order.
Collect visible assistant text through a new collectVisibleAssistantTexts helper, keyed off data-message-id now set on assistant message rows.
Pressing the shortcut during playback stops it; it is a no-op when TTS is disabled or no visible message has text.
List the action under Conversation actions in Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts.
