fix: lockfile resolved with the Dependabot release age gate - #33

Dependabot runs pnpm with a 3 day minimum release age. The lockfile held versions younger than that (@babel/runtime 7.29.10), so every Dependabot update failed with ERR_PNPM_NO_MATURE_MATCHING_VERSION. pnpm-workspace.yaml now sets the same minimumReleaseAge and the lockfile is resolved with it.

The Dependabot version update run after #30 failed on every dependency with
ERR_PNPM_NO_MATURE_MATCHING_VERSION: Dependabot runspnpm update ... --config.minimum-release-age=4320(3 days) and the lockfile, regenerated today, held younger versions (@babel/runtime7.29.10).pnpm-workspace.yamlnow setsminimumReleaseAge: 4320and the lockfile is resolved with it (195 lines changed, no direct dependency moves). Local runs ofpnpm update <dep> --lockfile-only -r --config.minimum-release-age=4320succeed. Checks: tsc, build, vitest, Cypress (25 specs), docs build.
