Civic Interconnect

Each repository uses the same layered architecture. To point an app at a different dataset, rewrite its s00 source adapter so the output matches the canonical schema. Everything from s01 onward keeps working.

Runs locally rather than on GitHub Pages: FlexViz answers each zoom, brush, and cross-filter from server-side Polars aggregations, so it needs a running Python process. Same layered architecture as the charting apps. The s00, s01, and s02port unchanged; only the view layer differs (a FlexViz Dashboard of linked figures in place of s03view and s04 renderers).
