Public package docs still described hosted billing as future work and Python as an unpublished candidate. Update install instructions to npm 0.7.1 and PyPI 0.2.1, document the published Python backend client and explicit consent for feedback text, and use the public SDK quickstart as the npm homepage. Runtime exports and behavior are unchanged.
Validation: pnpm check passed; Python 30 tests and Ruff passed; 0.2.1 wheel and sdist built and passed Twine. Package consumer and CI verification cover the final distributions before immutable releases and registry publication.
