Explains when Cloudflare can pause Email Sending because of a poor sending reputation, and what customers can do when it happens. The reputation notification emails link to the Email deliverability page.

• Email deliverability: a new "Sending reputation status" section:
  • Metrics and thresholds: bounce rate (2% Warning, 5% At Risk), spam rejection rate (1% / 3%), and complaint rate (0.1% / 0.2%), over a 7-day window for each sending domain. The account takes the worst status of its domains.
  • Status levels: Healthy, Warning, At Risk, and Paused. The table says whether the account can still send at each level. An account becomes eligible for a pause after it stays At Risk for the 7-day improvement period, and Cloudflare reviews it before pausing it.
  • If your account is paused: the error codes, that queued messages are not delivered, and that rejected messages are not kept. It lists the steps to restore sending, which end with contacting Support.
  • A line in the existing best-practice metrics list links to the new section.
• Workers API: adds E_ACCOUNT_SUSPENDED to the error codes table.
• REST API: adds 403 / 10207 / email.sending.error.email.account_suspended to the error codes table.
