Document Autohand Code MCP setup

Document how to connect Autohand Code CLI (autohand-cli on npm) to the Cloudflare MCP server and add it to the bug report's client selector.

The setup uses mcp-remote over stdio for OAuth and shows Autohand's actual mcp.servers configuration shape. Autohand's native HTTP transport does not provide the browser authorization flow in its current source, so a URL-only setup would not be sufficient. The guide links back to Cloudflare Skills for local skill installation.

Validation:

• Ran the documented registration command with the published autohand-cli@0.9.8 in an isolated Autohand profile, then checked autohand mcp list and the persisted JSON against the documented server entry.
• Verified the bridge's published usage and Autohand's current configuration source.
• npm run check passed: formatting, lint, typecheck, and 482 tests across 32 files. Lint reports one existing unused-import warning in src/events/callback.ts.
• Browser OAuth authorization against a real Cloudflare account was not exercised. No server behavior or authentication code changes.
