Fixes the stdlib CVEs reported by trivy against the visus Docker image, which was built with Go 1.26.5. All of them are fixed in Go 1.26.10.

  • go.mod: bump the go directive to 1.26.10. CI reads the version from go.mod.
  • Dockerfile: pin the builder to golang:1.26.10. The floating golang:1.26 tag is how the image ended up on 1.26.5, and the official images set GOTOOLCHAIN=local, so they will not download a newer toolchain on their own.

The golang.org/x/text CVEs from the same report are already fixed on main (v0.43.0).

Verified locally with Go 1.26.10: build, vet, go test -short ./..., and govulncheck ./... (no vulnerabilities found).

The image was built with Go 1.26.5 because the Dockerfile used the
floating golang:1.26 tag, and trivy reported 22 stdlib CVEs against it.
Go 1.26.10 fixes all of them. Pin the builder image to the same version
as go.mod, since the official golang images set GOTOOLCHAIN=local and
will not download a newer toolchain.

The golang.org/x/text CVEs in the same report are already fixed on main
(v0.43.0).
