Syncs flipcash2 protos to
flipcash2-protobuf-api@0e167fa6(#164, pinned messages) and adds the0.24.0changelog entry. Onlychat.v1moved; every addition is appended.chat_service.proto: newChat.PinMessage,UnpinMessage,GetPinnedMessages.PinMessageResponse.ResultisOK, DENIED, NOT_FOUND, MESSAGE_NOT_FOUND, TOO_MANY_PINS, MESSAGE_NOT_ALLOWED(0–5); unpin and get areOK, DENIED, NOT_FOUND.model.proto: newPinandPinSummary;Metadata.pin_summary = 19;MetadataUpdate.kindgainspins_changed = 9;ViewerState.Permissions.can_pin = 4.The new oneof case is the only source break: exhaustive matches over
MetadataUpdate.kindneed a case for it.Both apps were built against this branch through the local override. Their scaffolding is in two draft PRs that can't pass CI until
0.24.0is published:After merge,
publish.ymlruns at0.24.0, then each app bumps its pin.
