Remove internal support-copilot docs from public repo#3589

These docs describe internal support-automation mechanics (and one contained real teacher emails / 4all codes). The repo is public, so they are moved to a gitignored docs/internal/ folder and untracked. They remain available locally for the team but are no longer published. Note: the content still exists in prior git history; this commit only removes it from the current tree per the agreed approach. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Resolves the modify/delete conflict on the internal support-copilot docs by keeping the deletions. dev's Phase 1/2/3 merge re-introduced support-copilot-ai.md and modified support-copilot-allowed-actions.md; all three internal docs (ai, allowed-actions, stakeholder-guide) are removed from the public repo and kept locally in gitignored docs/internal/.
