Ensure fakes return list outputs in a deterministic order - #247

List outputs from fake clients were previously in a random order (iterating over a Go map). This makes the outputs of the fake list RPCs deterministic, so other callers that depend on them in tests (e.g. producing golden outputs) have a fixed order they will always receive.
