- A dependency of all future v1beta1 list RPCs - Follows the same shape as the v1alpha1 API but moved to a common parent package to more cleanly disambiguate it from the domain packages and set a precedent for future common functionality. - New v1alpha1 APIs are expected to use this - to keep the shape of them close to the desired shape when they graduate to v1beta1.

Initial proposal for the API to configure serverless cloud resource discovery within Connect (based upon PoC demos).
Initially just supporting AWS Lambda Function and AWS Agent Core.
