Owner 31 Okt 2026: hanya mengerti bahasa Indonesia. Semua komunikasi asisten ke owner (chat, penjelasan, ringkasan, deskripsi PR, pesan commit) wajib bahasa Indonesia. Deliverable pengguna akhir (catatan rilis, Telegram, summary, README, PANDUAN) tetap dua bahasa.
