PR yang dibuat bot dengan GITHUB_TOKEN tidak memicu workflow, jadi PR cadangan Manual Update tidak pernah dicek Validate. Workflow kini men-dispatch Validate ke branch PR itu (izin actions: write). Merge tetap langkah manusia setelah Validate hijau. README ID/EN menjelaskan alurnya dan izin yang perlu dinyalakan. Catat W65. Cogan adalah fork, jadi gh bisa mengarahkan PR ke repo induk; GH_REPO kini dikunci ke repo ini. Re-run memakai nomor run yang sama sedangkan branch lama tidak bisa dihapus, jadi nama branch memuat nomor attempt.
