Restyles the README in the format of caddyserver/caddy and f/prompts.chat: centered title, plain-language problem line, link row, badges (CI, license, status, local-only), a status callout, menu, Features list, Mermaid architecture diagram, Stack table.

Content is unchanged from the previous README. Adds a non-affiliation line for Rekordbox and Lexicon. Leaves a commented slot for a hero screenshot.

Centered logo/title, plain-language problem statement, link row, badges,
and a dated metrics line up top, followed by a menu and emoji-led
sections, modeled on caddyserver/caddy and f/prompts.chat.

CI: Rust (macos-latest) fails, and the cause isn't this PR. This PR changes only README.md.

The workflow installs dtolnay/rust-toolchain@stable, which now resolves to Rust 1.99. That release adds the clippy::manual_slice_fill lint, and -D warnings turns it into an error in existing test code:

error: manually filling a slice
    --> crates/stratum-dsp/src/features/period/novelty.rs:1028:9

main hasn't had a CI run since Aug 9, so it will fail the same way on its next push. Re-running this job would reproduce the same deterministic lint, so I haven't re-run it.

There's no existing fix to port. Proposed one-line patch, best done as its own PR against main:

-        for bin in &mut spectrogram[5] {
-            *bin = 1.0f32;
-        }
+        spectrogram[5].fill(1.0f32);

Pinning the CI toolchain to a fixed version instead of stable would stop new lints from breaking unrelated PRs.
