additional_private_registries is not working..?

Hi Team,

I configured additional_private_registries for authenticate private registry at FROM line(baseimage for Dockerfile).

but, it can't login private repogitry, and I can't fine any executable example from GitHub and the other websites...
(any log are not found about this setting, I expect Login Succeeded log from docker using log_in() )

That error is likely coming from the change to wolfi as the base image. Not enough test coverage with this resource. I can quickly PR a fix.

Made a commit fixing this. I can push a quick patch release out and folks can see if it makes this feature work. @pivotal-marcela-campo

FYI - I have no idea if this feature actually works or not, so if someone can report back here if it works or not we can close off this issue.
