Summary

replace the removed allocatedAnalyst field with assignedUsers in project list and create responses
update the project-assignee response handling
bump the CLI version to 0.5.1

Validation

compiled src/conviso/commands/projects.py
executed the updated project-list GraphQL query against the API successfully


          fix: use assigned users in project queries
