Implement sophisticated position determination

Currently the Depth Calibration module selects the strip with the largest energy deposit and uses the center of the strip for the x/y position. This can be improved through a few methods: 1) simple energy weighted position, 2) more complicated (ML?) approach accounting for ionization track with a larger energy deposit near the end, 3) your ideas here.

Regarding 2:
Andreas has an undergraduate working on GeD electron tracking - this also gives automatically an ML calculated start position.
