release: prepare v1.1.3 operation improvements

v1.1.3 changes

• Show running, stopped-with-container, no-container, and Docker-unavailable states distinctly.
• Explain empty status and logs, clarify stop vs down, and show log return controls.
• Keep an animated operation dialog visible until completion and then show the result.
• Preserve trailing newlines in translated messages, fixing cramped update text.
• Extract Compose JSON classification into a dedicated parser with 7 format/error tests.

Checks

• 158 local specification tests passed; one nested ZIP test skipped locally because zip is not installed.
• Bash and Python syntax, locale catalogs, and diff checks passed.
• PRs fix: improve server operation feedback for v1.1.3 #22 and refactor: extract Compose state parsing from shell #23 passed Shell tests CI.
• Real Docker/TUI visual verification remains outstanding; no existing server data was changed.

This PR does not add server deletion or the planned server.properties source-of-truth redesign. Those belong to the next minor version.
