fix: stabilize command progress display for v1.1.4

Summary

• Keep one progress dialog open while commands run; collect stdout/stderr and show the existing result dialog afterward.
• Preserve the v1.1.3 menus, buttons, and navigation. The persistent UI redesign is saved separately on feat/persistent-tui.
• Prepare VERSION and English/Japanese documentation for v1.1.4.

Verification

• 158 existing specification tests passed locally (one ZIP test skipped because zip is unavailable).
• 9 progress tests passed, including real pseudo-terminal rendering, exit codes, interruption cleanup, and home-menu success/error results.
• Bash syntax, locale catalogs, and git diff checks passed.
• Windows Terminal visual verification is not claimed.

The branch contains explicit reverts of the earlier UI redesign; the final diff contains only this focused hotfix.
