Removes repository fields the scanner fetched and never read, unexports config defaults used only inside their package, and replaces a hand-written transient-error wrapper with httpx.MarkTransient. The retired .punused-ignore is deleted.
Tested: deadset analyze as CI runs it exits 0, and the repo's build, lint and tests pass.
