This is currently somewhat broken, because the CTFd-manager is locked to its own branch for reading files. Uploading files therefore fails, which sends the CTFd manager into a spiral of trying to add the challenge continuosly. |

This PR adds support for providing custom branch to deploy from, on a per-challenge basis, by adding the branch overwrite as
<slug>:<branch>.
