Releases @currents/cmd 1.11.0 and @currents/jest 1.4.0 to npm latest. One release commit and tag per package: @currents/cmd-v1.11.0, @currents/jest-v1.4.0.

• @currents/cmd 1.11.0 = 1.11.0-beta.0 to beta.2: Detox artifacts, reruns and trace in currents upload, and recording the pull request's commit when CI checks out a merge commit (@currents/commit-info 1.1.0).
• @currents/jest 1.4.0 = 1.4.0-beta.0 and beta.1: the Detox support.

The changelog entries combine the beta entries of each package. release-it's generated entry only compares against the last beta, which gave cmd an empty entry and put the cmd-only commit fix into jest. The compare links point at the previous stable tags (1.10.0, 1.3.2).

After merge: GitHub releases for both tags, then "Publish NPM Package" on main with channel latest for each package. That workflow also completes the Linear releases and posts to Slack.

Verification: the betas ran in currents-dev/currents-examples#16 and currents-dev/currents#3949, where Currents recorded the pull request's commit with no COMMIT_INFO_* overrides.
