Bump Druks to 0.8.0 and add the 0.8.0 changelog entry.
The entry covers the net change since v0.7.0. It lists the breaking changes first: the
Modelbase and subject names, the renamed author hooks,GateControlsandTable.empty, app operation ids, the GitHub tag that goes to Chat, and the removal ofSLACK_SIGNING_SECRET. It then adds Slack and GitHub as Chat sources, chat on Codex and OpenCode, files and voice notes for the chat agent, the new app helpers anddruks check-app, and secret-header MCP servers. It fixes the circular import ofdruks.workspacesanddruks.sandbox.client.
