Apps that a PR comment starts want to acknowledge the command as soon as they accept it, before any sandbox boots.
GitHubClienthad no reaction call, so an app had to mint a token and open its own httpx client for one POST.GitHubClient.create_reaction(repo, comment_id, content)reacts to a top-level comment as the App, next tocreate_comment, with the same 401 retry.
